FrontRange strengthens Global Services Organization with appointment of John Tabeart as Senior Director for EMEA

Service Management & ITIL guru joins vendor to help drive customer satisfaction and implementation of industry best practices

October 7th 2009 – FrontRange Solutions, the developer of IT Service Management and Infrastructure Management software for mid-sized and distributed enterprises today announced the appointment of John Tabeart as Senior Director of its Global Services Organization (GSO) in EMEA.

A 22-year veteran of the Service Management industry, Tabeart joins FrontRange with a clear vision for helping organizations to realize business benefits from technology and service management initiatives, through the application of engineering discipline.

Explaining his decision to join FrontRange, Tabeart explained: “I have a real passion for IT Service Management and how better IT management can deliver tangible business benefits to customer organizations.  The FrontRange ITSM solution is incredibly powerful and I am excited to work with my colleagues in the GSO team to help our current and future customers realize even more value from our solutions.”

Prior to his appointment at FrontRange, Tabeart held pivotal Global and EMEA leadership roles at DataSynapse, BladeLogic, Hewlett Packard, Novadigm and BMC Software.  He is an ITIL Certified Chartered Engineer and Chartered IT Professional.
